About Me

About Me

I am not enlightened. I am not a spiritual guru. I'm not a monk, and I've never been on a meditation retreat. I'm just a regular guy who found himself on a spiritual path a few decades ago.

What I do have is two worlds most people keep separate. I've led sales teams for more than twenty-five years, and I've sat in the executive chair for over fifteen, all in the technology industry. Alongside every bit of it, I've kept a daily contemplative practice that slowly changed how I lead, how I handle pressure, and how much I actually get out of the work itself.

That last part matters most to me. Somewhere along the way I stopped white-knuckling my way through the job and started finding real satisfaction in it. More fulfillment in the day to day. More meaning in leading people, not just hitting the number.

My coaching lives at that intersection. Not strategy on one side and stillness on the other, but both woven together, in service of leaders who want to perform at a high level and find genuine fulfillment while they do it.

How I work

Most executive coaching works the outside: the strategy, the communication, the metrics. Most mindfulness work stays on the inside: presence, awareness, the inner critic. I think the two only really work when they work together.

So we look at the real stuff in front of you. The decisions, the team, the pressure, the next move. And we look at what sits underneath it. The fear, the ego, the stories you tell yourself when no one is watching. The outer work gives the inner work somewhere to land. The inner work makes the outer work sustainable.

And we keep coming back to a question most leaders stop asking: are you actually getting anything out of this? Not the results. The experience of it. The goal isn't only to perform better.

It's to find more satisfaction in the work, more fulfillment in leading your people, more presence in the day to day. High performance and a full life are not a trade. You can have both.

If you are a high performer who has started to suspect that the next win won't be the thing, that is exactly where we begin.

Caution: This work isn't for everyone

I'm not the right coach for everyone.

This work asks something of you. A willingness to look honestly at how you show up, and at the impact you have on your own life and on the people you touch. It asks you to be vulnerable, to set the armor down, and to do real work instead of reaching for a quick fix.

If that's more than you're up for right now, I respect that completely. But if some part of you just leaned in, if you'd rather face the honest truth than keep performing around it, then we should talk.

Laptop Meditations

Most mornings I sit down, close my eyes, and write whatever surfaces. No editing, no agenda, just an honest look at what is happening in my head. I call them Laptop Meditations.

They are the practice behind the coaching, out in the open. If you want to know how I actually think about presence, fear, ego, and freedom, this is the rawest version of it.
